Allow California to become its own sovereign national government and not be controlled by the USA Federal government.

As a Californian, I do not want someone from another part of the country making decisions about anything that may affect me. I want a person that lives in my state and only concentrates on what my state needs. I know we have governors but they are still limited to Federal law and etc for certain issues. Each state should not have to be burdened by the mistakes of the Federal government in Washington D.C. and instead allow the governors to be 'presidents' of their own state and run their own policies since each state varies.
