Make CalifMornia a state where jobs will be available. Change the tax structure to encourage business to move back to California. Eliminate federal tax and adjust state tax. Eliminate some of the entitlement tax, lower food stamps with a limited time for use, all entitlement recipients would need to be drug tested to avoid using government money for illegal drugs.
