Allow California secede from the union and allow California to form its own government

We the people of California in order to save are state from ruin and the Incompetencies of the goverment. The goverment has failed. The goverment failed to keep jobs failed our children by placeing them in debt to a naiton that is a threat to the U.S people . A two party system is filled with bais and is out of touch with the people. We the people of California request Secession and thus charge the U.S goverment with treason and can no longer be ruled by the highest bidder i.e The Presidentail Election instead we wish to ruled by the people for the people
