there is no reason why priests shouldn't be able to marry. if they could marry it would allow married men or men that want to get married into priesthood. why wouldn't we want more people spreading the world of god. Around 150,000 men are estimated to have left the priesthood to marry. many of them want to come back to but the church will not let them.
