Allow certain offenders to put the past behind them, to find gainful and meaningful employment without bias!!

There are certain criminal offenses that may prevent individuals from finding gainful and meaningful employment. For example, a criminal trespass offense is classified as a Felony of the third degree. I am not downplaying, or attempting to minimize the nature of the offense, I am simply stating that certain crimes that are classified as a Felony III/IV should not scar an individual for the rest of their lives. When searching for a job, one should not have to "check that box" when being asked if they were ever convicted of a felony, if the felony is one of the third/fourth degree and of a specific nature. I am petitioning to have certain types of felonies based on nature and degree, to be exempt from having to be reported on a job application!
