A. When a united states citizen legally obtains a state concealed carry license it not recognized by all states. This should be a federal license and the holder should not be limited to certain states.
B. When a united states citizen legally obtains a state concealed carry license there are certain places this individual may not carry the licensed weapon. A coulple examples would be all K-12 state schools, or a business that has an appropriate sign not allowing any weapon on the premises concealed or not.
The certified trained license holder should be without limitations on when and where the weapon may be carried.
