My daughter had Major Surgry when she was 4 months old, So she is allowed to have Wheels on her Book Bag, but I see alot of kids that don't (She is in the 5th grade now) and her Book Bag weighs a good 30 pounds (She weighs 60 pounds wet).
These heavy Book Bags are going to hurt kids backs in the future and the needs to be a Federal Law to allow kids in all States to be allowed to have wheels on there book bags to save our kids backs (I know how inportant your back is, as I have had Major Back Surgry myself and It will never be the same again)
