Allow children at the age of thirteen to choose which parent they wish to live with at any time after divorce.

Created by K.B. on May 29, 2013

Allow children at the age of 13 or above to choose which parent they would like to live with at any point after the parents dissolution of marriage with good reason or cause such as defective behavior of the current parent or not following a contract agreement signed by parents such as the dating regulations around children. This would therefore protect children, such as myself, who have good and urgent causes to move in with the other parent.
