Allow for children ages 10 and up to vote on both statewide and national problems including any elections.

This petition is to allow voting (a human right) to children ages ten and up, this includes statewide and national elections and issues. Any person under the age of ten can not vote, influences to a child ages ten to eighteen is prohibited.
