The "Van Petition". There are Billions set aside for children that have been damaged by immunization but there is a 3 year statute of limitation. If they don't know within that period that their child has been affected by the vaccines, then they are out of luck. The language that was put in the Home Security Bill blocks them from ever getting restitution. Congressman Dan Burton states that this must be changed yet nothing has been changed and the money just sits there while many need it.
