Children often have a tendency of talking to one and another during class, and the teachers oppose of this. This petition is simply asking, that when the kids are working on classwork independently, not when the teacher is teaching, they should be allowed to listen to music on their devices. This will definitely keep them focused, rather than talking to peers.
