The ISS is a multi-national effort that has been an unprecedented venture of international cooperation for almost 18 years, and has been consistently inhabited by people of over 17 nations across the globe for nearly 17 years. It has brought together nations who do not agree on earth to live and work together, peacefully, for the betterment of science and humanity as a whole in the foreign and unique environment of space. Three of the four biggest space powers in the world participate, these are NASA, Roscosmos, and the ESA, while one is excluded because of American legislation passed in 2011, which banned any cooperation with China in space. We must realize that we need to work together as a people to explore space, not by nation. Please allow China to contribute to and work on the ISS.
