allow a choice to opt out of Social Security, and have all prior money withheld to be paid back to each taxpayer, now!

All taxpayers currently forced to participate in the Social Security program (=Gov't Ponzi-scheme), deserve a chance to "opt out" of this sham program, and have all of their previously withheld money to be immediately refunded to them, and, or to have all of that money go into their own personal, private, retirement account, where it will be safe from theft by mismanaging politicians, and, where it will actually grow at a respectable compounded interest rate, by being invested in actual investment vehicles, however the taxpayer decides to allocate this invested money.
American taxpayers deserve to have the Freedom to choose to opt out of, or participate in, the social Security program. The money taken belongs to the taxpayer and must go to them for their retirement, or as they choose ASAP!
