Dear Citicens of the USA. Recent Happenings showing that more and more People all over the World have sporadic Contact with Extraterrestial Beings talking to them. Most of them predicts the same Fakts that a Galaktic Federation in some kind Exist. These friendly Beings are almost Human like us, and are no Thread to our very Lives and Freedom.
It seems that the ETs spoken to several Goverments in the Past to reveal their Existence, and their Concerns about our use of Polluting Technologies like Nuklear Facillities and Oil Fuel based Drives.
