We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Allow Christianity to be openly spoken about in public schools.

Created by C.D. on July 09, 2016

The United States of American was built on the foundation of God. In recent years (the past two decades) Christianity has become more of a closed topic. In the past, teachers in public schools were allowed to openly talk about religion; more specifically, Christianity. Nowadays, it is illegal for teachers to talk to students about religion on and around school property.
I propose that teachers and students are given full permission to speak about their opinions and beliefs regarding Christianity, and that they are protected by law for doing so (i.e. a teacher cannot be fired because of openly and actively talking about the Christian faith).
