Allow citizens 17 years old to vote in primary elections, given they will be 18 at the time of the general election

Create laws that will allow citizens who will be 18 years old by the date of the general election to vote in primary elections. 18 year olds generally have low voter turn out because they are not prepared for the election. Young voters are not given a fair vote because in many states they have no voice in who they will be voting for come November. Allowing young voters to vote in primary elections will give a fair voice to these citizens and increase voter participation in coming elections.
