A petition to allow children of naturalized US citizens, regardless of age, still in the citizen's original countries to come to the US as children of US citizens, either as green card holders if no longer minors, or. if minors, as US citizens upon entry into the United States, subject to the usual moral character and criminal record requirements, with the exception of those countries that have been openly hostile, or have had a recent history of hostility against the United States regardless of current diplomatic relations with the United States.
