Allow the citizens of Connecticut to nullify Provision 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012

Created by M.F. on November 15, 2012

We the citizens of Connecticut want to nullify the provision 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 where it states that the military can indefinitely detain anyone suspected not convicted of being associated with Al-Queda without due process of law! We believe in the right to habeus corpus and posse comitatus and we fear that it also mean American citizens based on the language presented and worded.
