Allow citizens to opt out of ObamaCare, but only if they promise to pay all medical bills which will be not bankruptable

Created by K.V. on December 24, 2012

The Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) ensures that the tax payers do not have to pay for the many uninsured people who traditionally can get government paid medical care because of the "Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act" from 1986.

We also recognize that the freedom to choose is a fundamental right in this country.

Therefore, we petition that individuals are allowed to opt out of the requirement to have healthcare insurance if and only if:

-They sign a waiver promising they, or their descendents, pay all their medical bills.
- Medical bills are not bankruptable and not renegotiable.
- All income above the federal poverty line can be garnished to pay the bills.
