Allow citizens to Opt-Out of Social Security Taxes and return to them all money paid in upon opt-out

Allow U.S. Citizens to Opt-Out of Social Security Taxes and receive a refund of all SS money paid into their account while opted in. We are American Citizens and have a right to our money that WE worked for. We have a right to decide how and in what we want to invest our money into on our own without Government intervention. The U.S. Government should not have the right to Force us to invest into them and let them decide how and when we retire. This is something our founding father's left, Government controlling our money and our work. We have a right to control how we invest and should be allowed to Opt-Out of Social security and invest our money on our own how we see fit. All money paid in the past should be returned as this is our money not the Gov. and we have the right to it legally.
