Allow citizens to optout of using our tax dollars for frivolous things that we don't believe in like suing the president

We the people should be able to choose and allot where our taxpayer dollars go. I believe that we should have a say in what goes on in our country since we are the ones that supposedly run it. I want policy to change to allow us to elect whether or not to support a bill monetarily. We should be able to say where our money goes. We can form our own budget instead of waiting on our politicians to stop bickering long enough to do something before their next "break". For example, personally I do not wan to pay to sue our president. It's stupid and a waste of money. I can't currently say, "Oh hey, I won't be paying taxes this year because I didn't like what you did with my money!" We should be able to decide what happens in our country. Of the people, by the people and for the people!
