This petition asks that the Obama Administration allow (not force) non-citizens who make over $50,000 USD a year in any country outside the USA to pay a tax of 10% to the USA. In exchange, the US Government will confer onto the non-citizen permanent resident status after a period of 7 years.
Also, grant any master or doctoral graduate from a University in the USA the right to stay and work unsponsored.
Both of these measures will help to increase tax revenue and decrease the financial burden.
