Republican Governors in a number of States have refused to form healthcare exchanges and blocked implementation of various elements of the Affordable Care Act. In so doing they have unilaterally denied hundreds of thousands of poor and working class Americans the affordable healthcare that is their right according to the law. We contend that this is a violation of due process as well as human and civil rights.
We petition the Obama Administration to create an executive order allowing citizens of States that have blocked the Affordable Care Act to purchase discount insurance in the healthcare exchanges of other States.
