Allow citizens to sue public officials, such as police officers, probation officers, corrections workers, Judges, and DA

Has you or someone you know, ever been in a situation where you lost your job, home, and lively hood based on a bad decision of a public official who initiated an untruthful legal proceeding. We need to stop this in my state and many others every day innocent people are stripped of their rights based on bad decisions by public officials. As there is no consequences for this they are protected as a public official. We need public officals to do their jobs, not create problems that don't exist.
