allow the citizens of The USA to vote for term limits for members of Congress, and to do way with their pensions.

Being a member of our government used to be considered "public service". Our representatives are supposed to represent us. With the obvious deadlock of our current members of Congress, I propose a two-term limit be put to the voters of this nation for approval. Also included for approval should be an elimination of pensions for members of Congress, and their pay raises should also have to be approved by the voters. People should go to Washington D.C. to serve the people, not themselves.
