Allow a citizens vote on all proposed bills that would directly affect Congress.

I firmly believe that we the people should have the right to be the check for Congress when it passes laws concerning itself. An example would include any proposal to raise the salary of Representatives or Senators. This bill passes through them in house with little resistance. We the people should have the right to stop them from overpaying themselves. The average American makes approximately 30,000 yearly while Congress can make nearly quadruple or more just to be a deciding factor. These figures don't even include expense budgets so basically this is what they pocket minus a few possible expenses here and there that I hardly feel would create a dent. If we were to per se cut their pays by approximately 50% we would save 40million annually, or if we cut it by 25% we still save 20million.
