The number of citizens who wish to succeed are intertwined with people in States with American citizens who love this country and who do not wish to succeed.
It is only logical that those who wish to leave are in the minority, if they wish to no longer be part of this country that the minority must leave.
That there citizenship be revoked, and the must pay for there own transportation out of the country.
They should be allowed fare treatment as done with any non citizen, and if they remain in the country for a given amount of time and work in the country as a non citizen. Then they must be treated as such as a citizen without a country unless they have otherwise claimed citizenship in other country for witch they should be deported
