Allow citizens that will be 18 years of age by the general election to vote in the primaries in the state they reside in

Created by Z.P. on April 13, 2016

Why shouldn't citizens that will be 18 by the general election be able to vote in the primaries held in their state? If we want to give everyone a voice, an equal voice, why would we prevent these citizens from being able to be a part of the selection of candidates, instead of just the general election? Let's band together and get these young men and women their rights.
