To Allow Citizens to Withhold Income Tax until Congress Passes a Budget

Spending is out of control in Congress, and it is obvious they hold themselves to a different standard than the rest of the country. If you so hundreds of thousands of dollars more than you earned, you would more than unlikely lose everything. Until Congress passes a budget they are just going to continue increasing our deficit and debt which will cripple future generations. Now, is the time to stop out of control Federal spending. We more than likely won't be able to withhold income tax, but the hope is the administration gets the message.
