Allow civilian American citizens to own nuclear weapons

In accordance with the Founding Fathers' beliefs and the Bill of Rights, in which the Fourth Amendment states "the right to keep and bear arms," this petition affirms the right of the people to keep and bear arms, of which includes nuclear weapons. The government of the United States has been acting unconstitutionally up until this point in prohibiting its citizens from owning nuclear weapons - the Fourth Amendment is clear in its intents and does not specify certain arms as licit or illicit but rather that Americans have the right to bear arms, which shall include anysuch arms they may chose to own. Thus, this petition seeks to end the unconstitutional stifling of the rights of American citizens and allow the American people the full freedoms they are guaranteed in the Bill of Rights.
