Allow civilian Department of Defense employees who have CAC cards to participate in the TSA Pre Check Program.

Many civilian DoD employees have been entrusted to protect the security and values of our country. This trust has been earned by the in depth investigation of the employees personal and professional lives. On a daily basis, many guard the secrets of our country and as such pose very little risk to aviation security. There is already an agreement in effect between DoD and TSA to scan a Military member's Common Access Card, CAC, to provide real time verification of good standing with DoD. Little effort would be required to extend these priviliges to entrusted civilian DoD employees.
