Allow college students who's household income is above the threshold to still receive Financial Aid. We Can't Afford it.

Created by A.C. on January 30, 2014

I am a college student who cannot afford to go to school due to high tuition costs. I am forced to take out several loans and basically beg for scholarships to afford my education.
Just because the household income is above a certain point means I am not eligible to receive any help from the Federal Government.
Parents, Grandparents, whether we are living with them or not, do not have the funds to send us away for 4-8 years on their current income, and we sure as heck don't have the money ourselves.

It is becoming vary discouraging as a student wanting to pursue a professional career someday.

I would like to be educated! Who is with me?
