Washington and Colorado should be able to legalize marijuana without any repercussions. The federal government should either help regulate marijuana in the states, and still allow it to be legal, or just allow the legalization. If this is done the federal government can see the effects of marijuana legalization, and decide whether the pros outweigh the cons, vice versa.
