Allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to peacefully secede from the union

Given that:
Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed,
and the numerous infringements upon our liberties perpetrated by the US government over the course of time including Obamacare, NDAA, TSA, the abuse of executive order privilege, and refusal to tell the American people what happened in Libya.
In addition to the fact that unlike the Commonwealth of Virginia, the US government cannot pass a budget much less balance a budget
We the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia petition the administration to peacefully secede from the union and create our own government.
