Allow the Commonwealth of Virginia to vote on the peaceful withdraw from the Republic.

I petition the Obama Administration to allow the Common Wealth of Virginia to vote on a peaceful withdraw from the Republic. The United States Government's sole purpose is to serve the people of the United States but it has taken on a mind of it's own. It continues to strip the American People of the rights bestowed on us by our Founding Fathers. The NDAA, TSA, Indefinite Detainment, and Patriot Acts are the final straw. Virginia always has a balanced budget and has the means to provide for herself. The concept of our Government is derived from Ancient Native American Tribes. Many nations came together and decided on a war chief; these nations were then banded together with a council like the United States. Those Tribes were also allowed to withdraw from the War Council as they saw fit.
