I as a citizen would like the administration to remove all conceal carry bans the country over and allow anyone with proper safety and/or skill (through hunter's ed, or a certified instructor) to peacefully carry a side arm for personal protection in public outside of restricted areas.
While allowing stiffer punishments for convicted felons carrying firearms and "suspicious characters" carrying concealed weapons in normally restricted areas without reason. (Areas in Montana that are restricted are places such as public schools, bars, banks, federal property, military bases -if citizen is not service personnel- and similar areas.)
