The southern people who do not use the Confederate flag for racism are tired of not being allowed to fly it in fear that it will offend someone else. This should be allowed to fly because there was no big deal about it before the shooting in Charleston. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed. It violates the Constitution by telling American citizens what type of flags they can and cannot fly.
