Currently Inmates in the Texas Department Of Criminal Justice System are not allowed Conjugal visits .Conjugal visits are not just about sex. In fact, they are officially called “family visits". Conjugal visits have shown to improve inmate behavior as this is something they can look forward, while completing their time in prison.
