Consumers who use services, such as; telephone, internet, cable/ satellite television are consistently hassled by the service providers when the customer wishes to cancel their use of the product.
This petition aims to allow the costumer to be able to cancel their service without the hassle from the service provider in which they are canceling. Customers should have easy access to canceling their accounts/services just as easy as it is to set up services/accounts. This petition does not aim to void any contracts that the consumer has agreed to with those service providers.
