We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Allow consumers unlimited access to their credit bureau information and standardize credit scoring models.

Created by J.G. on May 06, 2016

Consumers should not be restricted in viewing their credit information reported to the credit bureaus. A consumer should not have to pay a third party or disclose private information to a third party to view their own personal credit information. Each time a consumer requests a loan, the bureaus penalize the potential borrower by deducting points from their credit score. Also, credit scoring models need to be standardized. The scoring models third party companies use to generate the scores are vastly different from what model the lenders are using.
Credit reports are a record of the consumers personal information.

MAKE IT A LAW THAT
ALL LENDERS AND BUREAUS USE ONE SCORING MODEL and
CONSUMERS HAVE UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THEIR CREDIT REPORT AND SCORES DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BUREAUS
