Create or increase the benefits for a corporation to bring back foreign earnings and at the same time help our youth's struggle for higher learning.
More students can access higher education if they can expect support from their future employers.
Plan is merit based because if one doesn't do well.. no job.. no help with loans.
Companies are always asking for better educated citizens.
Republicans will like the corporations bringing back earnings without additional taxes.
Democrats will like the subsidy for education.
Lets make it so that when our companies do well in the world.. the citizens of the U.S. do well.
Let us cement the tie between the performance of our corporations to the education of our citizens.
