Allow Cosmetic/Health&Beauty-Aides/Scientific-Research Testing on voluntary inmates in state prisons that have a non-violence/non-drug related sentencing, and in turn limit their sentence for doing so.
Most of laboratory testing is done on animals, which, in many ways, does not react the same way that a human system would. This in turn would offer an alternative that in mutually beneficial to both the research party and the inmate.
