Courts should be allowed to order chemical castration of child molesters and rapists in cases where DNA evidence proves the guilt of the child molester/rapist, particularly in cases of repeat offenders. The freedom and rights of persons convicted of heinous felonies should not be more important than protecting innocent citizens of this country, particularly children.
