Individuals shouble be allowed to invest their 401K or retirment money in anything, specifically local non-public ventures. This would allow for investing in America, in local business, by Americans and would work to stimulate local economies and towns. People would then look to their own towns and local business for their future and would see on a daily basis their investments grow and would themselves be customers, having a personal stake.
