Allow for creative methods of paying down the debt.

Create pathways for average citizens/US businesses to help pay down the debt of the USA. A few ideas:
1. Allow politicians to pledge limits on spending(the money they raise) and donate the balance to pay down the debt.
2. Create a program that will allow any citizen to donate as little as a dollar, transferring when specific dollar amount is reached. Allow use of methods similar to the way charities garner donations by cell phone text message and computer transfer.
3. Allow businesses(e.g.: movie/video receipts) to donate a percentage of profits to pay down the debt.
4. Sell savings bonds to the public or US businesses/corporations to buy back debt from China.
5. Allow US banks to buy up debt (at lower %). Just as we aided them, they can help the USA. Better to owe them than China.
