In the course of life it is up to the individual to behave in accordance with his contemporaries and with the law of the land and government. When that same goverment refuses or neglects the people and their freedoms, liberties, civil rights, and right to life, peace, and justice, then it is time for a "Declaration of Sovereignty" that would guarantee and acknowledge that any said individual that feels they so rightfully have upheld all truths to be held in this great country that is his and his heritage and his rights as a citizen are not neglected or trespassed on or refused within his own America.
