This petition would allow current military members or former military members who have been "honorably discharged" or have been discharged for certain predetermined factors through "other than honorable conditions", the right to buy/sell/trade military style firearms and high capacity magazines if the weapons ban in fact bans military style firearms and high capacity magazines over 10 rounds. The buy/sell/trade agreement will have to go through an FFL dealer for background checks, member will have DD214 and current military identification readily available during transportation of firearm.
