Allow current US Military members with an active CAC card to open / conceal carry a weapon without a state issued permit

Created by E.K. on April 18, 2014

Active military members in good standing, possessing a valid, non-expired Common Access Card (CAC) should not have to purchase a permit to carry a weapon, open or concealed, at all locations where weapons carry is not currently restricted by State or Federal laws. CAC card should be acknowledged and accepted as a valid weapons carry permit substitute, subject to the same guidelines and regulations as existing State and Federal permit regulations.
