Individuals who have applied for and have been granted DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) status from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have undergone verification of their good standing. These individuals should be allowed to join the U.S. Military branches with their DACA status. I petition the President and the Secretary of Defense to allow individuals with DACA status to enlist. These individuals represent what still remains the heart of American identity, that with hard work and determination, comes success.
