allow dead beat parents to be able to have a drivers licence so they can find work to get them back on there feet

to be able to get a drivers licence,while owing back child suport. it would be in everyone best intrest for this to happen then they could find or gain employment to be able to pay for back child support and be a functioning part of sociaty. the way it is now it puts a burden on the quality of life of the child and the parent that owes . by not having a way to find or to have a job. there is a lot of pepole that live in the country with no public transportain. makeing this a problem to try to hold up to there oblagations.
